Installation Recommendations

Ensure tight contact and large contact area between the shunt copper head and the busbar. Increase busbar size and ensure surface cleanliness where possible. Recommended working current should not exceed 2/3 of the rated current under normal application. Derate usage in ambient temperatures above +40. Cooling methods such as air/water cooling, increasing physical size, or installing heatsinks can be used to reduce working temperature. Wear gloves during installation to prevent oil contamination. Busbar surfaces should be flat and smooth, with nickel or tin plating recommended to reduce contact resistance. Recommended installation torque: M3: 0.4~0.8 N.m, M8: 10~15 N.m.

Safety Storage

Store in a temperature of +5 to +35, humidity <60% RH, avoiding direct sunlight and harmful gases. Store in a clean, dry environment. Use dedicated gloves when handling to minimize surface oxidation. Minimum storage life of 1 year under specified conditions.
