The Renesas XL devices, available in XO and VCXO options, are ultra-precision crystal oscillators featuring low phase jitter (750 to 890fs typical over 12kHz to 20MHz bandwidth). They operate over a wide frequency range from 0.750MHz to 1350MHz, utilizing proprietary ASICs with a focus on noise reduction. The 3rd order Delta Sigma Modulator technology achieves noise levels comparable to traditional Bulk Quartz and SAW oscillators. These oscillators offer short lead-times, low cost, low noise, wide frequency range, and excellent ambient performance, making them a superior alternative to conventional technologies.
