- Lead Free IR-Reflow Soldering Profile (Compliant with J-STD-020): Max component temperature 260+5/-0, 10 seconds.
- Soldering Iron Method: Within 35010, 3 seconds.
Recommended Land Pattern Design (For Reflow Soldering): Land pattern dimensions vary by resistor type. Please refer to the datasheet for specific dimensions (A, B, P, Q1, Q2).
Environmental Considerations: This product is for general electronic use. RALEC is not responsible for damages, costs, or losses incurred from using this product in special environments. For applications in high temperature/humidity, corrosive atmospheres (sea breeze, Cl2, H2S, NH3, SO2, NO2), unverified liquids, or with unverified resins/coatings, confirmation with RALEC is required.
