Structure: Includes ceramic substrate, resistive layer, protective coatings, inner and terminal electrodes, and plating (Ni and Sn).
Plating Thickness: Ni layer 2m, Pure Tin layer 3m (matte tin).
Reliability Test Items: Includes Electrical Performance Tests (TCR, Short Time Overload, Insulation Resistance, Dielectric Withstand Voltage, Intermittent Overload), Mechanical Performance Tests (Resistance to Solvent, Solderability, Resistance to Soldering Heat, Joint Strength of Solder), and Environmental Tests (Resistance to Dry Heat, Thermal Shock, Loading Life in Moisture, Load Life).
Recommended Soldering Conditions:
- Lead Free IR-Reflow Soldering Profile (J-STD-020 compliant): Max component temperature 260+5/-0, 10 seconds.
- Soldering Iron Method: 35010 within 3 seconds.
Recommended Land Pattern Design (For Reflow Soldering): Specific land pattern dimensions (A, B, P, Q1, Q2) are provided for different RTA types.
Storage and Handling Conditions: Store in 255, 6015% RH for up to two years. Avoid corrosive environments, direct sunlight, and condensation. Handle with care to prevent damage to electrodes or body.
Marking: Outer boxes for export to mainland China will be marked with the Electronic Information Product Pollution Control Mark and the Packaging Recycling Mark.
