The product undergoes various electrical, mechanical, and environmental tests to ensure its reliability, including Temperature Coefficient of Resistance, Short Time Overload, Insulation Resistance, Dielectric Withstand Voltage, Intermittent Overload, Resistance to Solvent, Solderability, Resistance to Soldering Heat, Joint Strength of Solder, Resistance to Dry Heat, Thermal Shock, Loading Life in Moisture, and Load Life.
Plating Thickness
- Nickel (Ni) layer thickness: 2m
- Pure Tin (Sn) layer thickness: 3m
- Plating tin is matte tin.
Technical Application Notes
Recommended soldering conditions and land pattern designs are provided for reflow soldering and iron soldering. Customers should adjust based on actual application. Special attention is required for usage in high temperature/humidity environments, corrosive atmospheres, and when using unverified liquids or sealing materials. Transient overload and handling precautions are also detailed.
Storage and Handling Conditions
Storage for two years under 255, 6015% RH. Avoid corrosive environments, direct sunlight, and condensation. Ensure proper box orientation and avoid dropping or squeezing.
Marking
Outer boxes for export to mainland China will be marked with the Electronic Information Products Pollution Control Mark and Packaging Recycling Mark.
