Product Overview
The X2Y Series is a line of surface-mount ceramic EMI filter capacitors designed for decoupling and filtering applications within integrated passive devices (IPD). These components integrate two Y-capacitors and one X-capacitor into a single 4-terminal device, available in standard MLCC sizes. Their unique multilayer construction enables noise cancellation, significantly reducing Equivalent Series Inductance (ESL) from nanohenry to picohenry levels. This design offers superior broadband filtering and decoupling performance, enabling better EMC compliance across a wide range of frequencies up to and beyond 10 GHz.
