Product Overview
The X2Y Series Surface-mount ceramic EMI filter capacitors are an innovative integrated passive device (IPD) designed for decoupling and filtering. These components integrate two Y-capacitors and one X-capacitor into a single 4-terminal device, available in standard MLCC sizes. Their unique multilayer construction enables noise cancellation, significantly reducing Equivalent Series Inductance (ESL) from nanohenry to picohenry levels. This results in superior broadband filtering and decoupling performance, making them effective up to 10 GHz and beyond. The X2Y series offers a consolidated solution, reducing component count, assembly costs, and board space, while improving EMC compliance and overall system performance.
