When using this product, please pay attention to the following:

  • Product shelf life is 12 months. Storage conditions: Temperature 5~40, Humidity within 10~80%RH. Exceeding the shelf life may cause oxidation of the product terminals.
  • Do not use or store in extreme environments (high salt, strong acid, strong alkali, strong radiation, etc.).
  • Preheat the product before soldering. The temperature difference between preheating and soldering is recommended to be within 150.
  • If the product needs to be disassembled and resoldered after soldering, please follow the conditions specified in the datasheet. Excessive heating temperature and repeated disassembly may lead to product failure.
  • After the product is soldered to the circuit board, do not apply residual stress to the inductor due to overall or local deformation of the circuit board, which may cause the inductor to crack, detach, and fail.
  • Do not contact the product with liquids such as cleaning agents or alcohol, as this may corrode the product body and lead to product failure.
  • As the product's temperature rises with increasing current when powered on, be sure to consider margin in the design.
  • Excessive static electricity can cause permanent damage to the product; please pay attention to static protection.
  • Do not touch any part of the product during the power-on process to prevent electric shock.
  • As this product is a magnetic product, please consider the mutual influence between surrounding components and this product during design.
