Important Notes
- Product shelf life is 12 months under storage conditions: temperature 5~40, humidity within 10~80% RH.
- Avoid usage and storage in extreme environments (high salt, strong acid, strong alkali, strong radiation, etc.).
- Preheating is recommended before soldering. The temperature difference between preheating and soldering should be controlled within 150.
- When re-disassembling and re-soldering after product soldering, adhere to the specified conditions. Excessive heating or repeated disassembly may cause product failure.
- After soldering to the PCB, ensure no residual stress is applied to the inductor due to PCB deformation, which could lead to cracking, detachment, or failure.
- Avoid contact with cleaning agents, alcohol, or other liquids, as they can erode the product and cause failure.
- Consider margin for temperature rise due to current increase when designing.
- Excessive static electricity can cause permanent damage; ensure static protection.
- Do not touch any part of the product during energization to prevent electric shock.
- As a magnetic product, consider potential mutual influence with surrounding components during design.
- For applications requiring high safety and reliability, or where product failure could endanger life or property, or have significant societal impact, consult with the company before design and use. The company is not liable for consequences arising from use without written consent. Special uses include, but are not limited to: , transportation, aerospace, power generation control, nuclear power, explosion ignition control, traffic control, national defense, disaster relief, safety standard equipment, emergency medical equipment, and other designated special uses.
