Notes:
1. Test Frequency: 100KHz, 1.0V
2. All test data is referenced to 25 ambient.
3. Operating Temperature Range: -25~+125.
4. Storage Temperature Range: -20~+40(<60% R.H.).
5. Rated Current: DC current(A) that will cause an approximate T of 40.
6. I sat: DC current (A) that will cause Lo to drop approximately 30%.
7. The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 under worst-case operating conditions.
8. Circuit design, component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified.
