Operating Conditions and Precautions

Operating Temperature Range: -25C to +85C. The maximum temperature of the inductor body should not exceed 85C, considering final product design, component layout, PCB routing, and usage environment. A typical rated current will cause an approximate temperature rise of 40C.

Storage: Shelf life is 12 months under conditions of 5~40C and 10~75% RH. Extended storage may lead to oxidation of terminal electrodes.

Handling: Avoid extreme environments (high salt, strong acids, alkalis, strong radiation). Prevent static discharge damage. Do not touch product parts during operation to avoid electric shock. Consider mutual influence with surrounding components. Follow specified conditions for rework soldering; excessive heat or repeated disassembly may cause failure. Avoid contact with liquids like cleaning agents or alcohol. Ensure no residual stress is applied to the inductor due to PCB deformation after soldering, which could cause cracking or detachment.

Soldering: Preheat before soldering. The temperature difference between preheating and soldering should ideally be within 150C. Recommended soldering temperatures are provided (A: 260C, B: 230C, C: 10 Sec, D: 150C, E: 60~240 Sec).
