Product Precautions
Storage: Shelf life is 12 months. Store at 5~40 and within 10~80% RH. Exceeding this may cause terminal oxidation. Avoid extreme environments (high salt, strong acids/bases, high radiation).
Soldering: Preheat before soldering; temperature difference between preheating and soldering should be within 150. For rework, adhere to specified conditions; excessive heat or repeated rework may cause failure.
Handling: After soldering, avoid applying residual stress to the inductor due to PCB deformation, which can lead to cracking, detachment, or failure. Do not expose to cleaning agents or alcohol, as this can erode the product and cause failure.
Operation: Product temperature rises with current; ensure sufficient margin in design. High static electricity can cause permanent damage; implement static protection. Do not touch any part of the product during energization to prevent electric shock. Consider mutual influence with surrounding components due to magnetic properties.
