Product Notes
Operating Temperature Range: -25 to +105. The maximum temperature of the inductor body should not exceed 105, considering the final product design, component layout, PCB traces, and usage environment. All test data is referenced to 25 ambient temperature.
Current Considerations:
- Typical Heat Rating DC Current (Irms) will cause an approximately 40 temperature rise.
- Typical Saturation DC Current (Isat) will cause the inductance to drop by approximately 30%.
- Choose a minimum of Irms and Isat as the rated current.
Storage: Product storage life is 12 months. Storage conditions: Temperature 5~40, Humidity 10~75% RH. Exceeding the storage period may cause oxidation of the product terminals.
Handling and Usage:
- Avoid contact with cleaning agents, alcohol, and similar liquids.
- Prevent excessive static electricity.
- Do not touch product parts during operation to avoid electric shock.
- Consider potential electromagnetic interference with surrounding components.
- When re-soldering, adhere to specified temperature conditions to prevent product failure.
- Avoid applying residual stress to the inductor due to PCB deformation.
- Do not use or store in extreme environments (high salt, strong acid, strong alkali, strong radiation, etc.).
