Important Notes

Operating Temperature Range: -25C to +105C. The maximum temperature of the inductor body must not exceed 105C, considering the final product design, component layout, PCB traces, and usage environment. All test data is referenced to 25C ambient temperature.

Current Considerations:

  • Typical Heat Rating DC Current (Irms) causes approximately 40C temperature rise.
  • Typical Saturation DC Current (Isat) causes Lo to drop approximately 30%.
  • Choose a minimum of Irms and Isat as the rated current.

Handling and Storage:

  • Product storage life is 12 months. Storage conditions: Temperature 5~40C, Humidity 10~75% RH. Exceeding the storage period may cause oxidation of the product terminals.
  • Avoid using or storing in extreme environments (high salt, strong acid, strong alkali, strong radiation, etc.).
  • Preheat before soldering; the temperature difference between preheating and soldering temperature should be controlled within 150C.
  • Do not touch any part of the product during operation to prevent electric shock.
  • Static electricity can cause permanent damage; ensure proper protection.
  • Avoid contact with cleaning agents, alcohol, or other liquids that may corrode the product.
  • After soldering to the PCB, do not apply residual stress to the inductor due to overall or partial PCB deformation, which could lead to cracking, detachment, or failure.
  • When the product is powered on, its temperature will rise with increasing current; ensure sufficient margin in the design.
  • As a magnetic product, consider potential interactions with surrounding components.
  • For rework or re-soldering, adhere to the specified conditions. Excessive heating or repeated disassembly may cause product failure.
