Notes on Soldering:

  • Preheat components before soldering. The temperature difference between preheating and soldering should be within 150C.
  • Soldering corrections after mounting should be within specified conditions. Overheating or repeated disassembly may cause failure.

Precautions

  • Product temperature rises with increasing current; ensure sufficient margin in design.
  • Protect against static electricity, which can cause permanent damage.
  • Do not touch product parts during operation to prevent electric shock.
  • Consider potential mutual influence between the inductor and surrounding components.
  • Avoid contact with cleaning agents, alcohol, or other liquids that may corrode the product.
  • Ensure no residual stress is applied to the inductor due to PCB deformation after soldering, which could lead to cracking or detachment.
  • Product shelf life is 12 months under specified storage conditions (Temperature: 5~40, Humidity: 10~75%RH). Exceeding this period may cause terminal oxidation.
  • Do not use or store in extreme environments (high salt, strong acid, strong alkali, strong radiation, etc.).
