Notes and Precautions

General Usage:

  • Specifications are based on an ambient temperature of 25.
  • Operating temperature range: -40 to +125.
  • Rated current can cause a temperature rise of approximately 40.
  • The final operating temperature of the inductor must not exceed 125, considering product design, component layout, PCB traces, and usage environment.
  • Product storage life is 12 months under conditions of 5~40 and 10~75% RH. Extended storage may lead to terminal oxidation.
  • Avoid using or storing in extreme environments (high salt, strong acids, alkalis, strong radiation, etc.).
  • Preheat before soldering. Recommended temperature difference between preheating and soldering is within 150.
  • For rework/re-soldering, adhere to specified conditions. Excessive heat or repeated disassembly may cause product failure.
  • Do not expose the product to cleaning agents, alcohol, or other liquids, as they may corrode the product and lead to failure.
  • Ensure no residual stress is applied to the inductor due to PCB deformation (overall or local, e.g., screw tightening). This can cause cracking, detachment, or failure.
  • Consider self-heating due to current. Ensure sufficient margin in thermal design.
  • Protect against static electricity, as high levels can cause permanent damage.
  • Do not touch any part of the product while it is energized to prevent electric shock.
  • As a magnetic product, consider potential interactions with surrounding components.

Application Scope:

  • Suitable for general electronic equipment such as AV, communication, home appliances, amusement, computer, personal, office, measurement equipment, and industrial robots under normal operating conditions.
