Product Precautions

When using this product, please pay attention to the following:

  • The product's shelf life is 12 months, under storage conditions: temperature 5~40, humidity within 10~80%RH. Exceeding the shelf life may cause oxidation of the product's terminal electrodes.
  • Do not use or store in extreme environments (high salt, strong acids, strong bases, strong radiation, etc.).
  • Preheat the product before soldering; the temperature difference between preheating and soldering temperature is recommended to be controlled within 150.
  • If rework or re-soldering is required after the product is soldered, follow the specified conditions in the datasheet. Excessive heating temperature and repeated disassembly may lead to product failure.
  • After the product is soldered to the PCB, do not apply residual stress to the inductor due to PCB overall or local deformation. This may cause the inductor to crack, detach, or fail.
  • Do not expose the product to cleaning agents, alcohol, or other liquids, as this can corrode the product body and lead to failure.
  • The product's temperature will rise with increasing current when powered on; ensure sufficient margin is considered during design.
  • Excessive static electricity can cause permanent damage to the product; pay attention to static protection.
  • Do not touch any part of the product during the power-on process to prevent electric shock.
  • As a magnetic product, consider potential mutual interference between surrounding components and this product during design.
  • This product is suitable for general electronic equipment such as AV equipment, communication equipment, home appliances, entertainment equipment, computer equipment, personal devices, office equipment, measurement equipment, and industrial robots, provided they are used under normal operating and usage methods.
