Important Notes and Precautions

  • Temperature rises with increasing current; ensure sufficient margin in design.
  • Protect against static electricity to prevent permanent damage.
  • Do not touch product parts during operation to avoid electric shock.

  • Follow specified conditions for rework soldering; excessive heat or repeated disassembly may cause failure.
  • Avoid contact with cleaning agents and alcohol, which can damage the product.

  • Product shelf life is 12 months under specified storage conditions (5~40C, 10~75%RH).
  • Avoid use and storage in extreme environments (high salt, strong acids, bases, radiation).
  • Preheat components before soldering; temperature difference between preheating and soldering should be within 150C.
  • Special applications requiring high safety and reliability must be communicated with the company prior to use.
