Explanation of Part Numbers
PSPMAC0603H-220M-ANF: PS (Serial Codes), P (Inductance Code), MAC (Description), 0603 (Size), H (Inductance Code), 220 (Inductance Value), M (Tolerance), ANF (Series/Features).
Notes and Precautions
Operating Conditions:
- Ambient Temperature: 25
- Operation Temperature Range: -40 ~ 125
- The Part temperature (ambient + T) should not exceed 125 under worst-case operating conditions.
- Circuit design, component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow, and other cooling provisions all affect part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.
- Typical Heat Rating DC Current would cause an approximately T of 40.
- Typical Saturation DC Current would cause Lo to drop approximately 35%.
Product Precautions:
- Product shelf life is 12 months under storage conditions: temperature 5~40, humidity 10~80% RH. Prolonged storage may cause oxidation of product terminals.
- Avoid using and storing in extreme environments (high salt, strong acid, strong alkali, strong radiation, etc.).
- Preheat before soldering; the temperature difference between preheating and soldering should be within 150.
- When reworking after soldering, adhere to specified conditions. Excessive heating or repeated disassembly may lead to product failure.
- After soldering to the PCB, do not apply residual stress to the inductor due to PCB deformation, which may cause cracking, detachment, or failure.
- Avoid contact with cleaning agents, alcohol, or other liquids that may corrode the product and cause failure.
- Product temperature rises with increasing current; ensure sufficient margin in design.
- Excessive static electricity can cause permanent damage; implement static protection.
- Do not touch any part of the product during energization to prevent electric shock.
- As a magnetic product, consider potential mutual interference with surrounding components in the design.
