Application Scenarios

Important Notes

Product Storage: Storage period is 12 months under conditions of 5~40 and 10~80% RH. Oxidation of product terminals may occur beyond this period. Avoid storage in extreme environments (high salt, strong acids, bases, strong radiation, etc.).

Soldering: Preheating is recommended before soldering. The temperature difference between preheating and soldering should be within 150. For rework, adhere to specified conditions to prevent product failure. Avoid applying residual stress to the inductor due to PCB deformation after soldering, which can cause cracking or detachment.

Handling: Do not expose to cleaning agents or alcohol, as these can erode the product body and lead to failure. Consider the temperature rise due to current; ensure sufficient margin in design. Protect against static electricity, which can cause permanent damage. Do not touch any part of the product during energization to prevent electric shock. Consider potential mutual interference between the inductor and surrounding components.
