Operating Conditions and Precautions
Operating Temperature Range: -25 to 105. The maximum temperature of the inductor body should not exceed 105, considering factors like component layout, PCB traces, and usage environment.
Storage: Product storage life is 12 months. Storage conditions: Temperature 5~40, Humidity 10~75%RH. Prolonged storage may cause oxidation of product terminals.
Usage Precautions:
- Consider thermal design with sufficient margin as temperature rises with current.
- Beware of static electricity, which can cause permanent damage.
- Do not touch product parts during operation to prevent electric shock.
- Consider potential magnetic interference with surrounding components.
- Follow specified conditions for rework/re-soldering; excessive heat or repeated disassembly may cause failure.
- Avoid contact with cleaning agents or alcohol, which can corrode the product.
- Prevent residual stress on the inductor due to PCB deformation after soldering.
- Do not use or store in extreme environments (high salt, strong acid, strong alkali, strong radiation, etc.).
- Preheat before soldering; the temperature difference between preheating and soldering should be within 150.
