Suitable for various drive circuitry requiring high temperature operation and peak current handling capability, including Boost-Converter and Buck-Converter DC/DC applications. Features include high heat resistance (operation up to 155 including self-heating), low profile, high reliability with excellent vibration resistance, high bias current with excellent inductance stability, excellent temperature stability, low audible noise due to a gapless structure, high efficiency with low DC resistance and core eddy-current loss, shielded construction, and AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliance.
