Durability and High Humidity Performance:
- Durability: After applying rated voltage at +105 C for 1000/2000 hours (or 85 C for 1000/2000 hours), capacitance change within 20% of initial value, tan not exceeding 150% of initial standard, leakage current not exceeding initial standard.
- High Humidity: After applying rated voltage at +60 C, 90%~95% RH for 500 hours, capacitance change within +50%/-20% (or +40%/-20% for specific part numbers) of initial value, tan not exceeding 150% of initial standard, leakage current not exceeding 300% of initial standard.
