Product Overview
This series of conductive polymer tantalum solid electrolytic capacitors offers ultra-low ESR (6 m max.) and ultra-low ESL (0.7 nH). Designed with a bottom electrode, these surface-mount capacitors are RoHS compliant and halogen-free. They are suitable for applications requiring high performance and reliability, operating within a temperature range of -55 C to +105 C.
