- Endurance: +105 , 2000 h (B2 size: 1000 h), rated voltage applied. Capacitance change: Within 20 % of the initial value. Dissipation factor (tan ): 1.5 times of the initial limit. Leakage current: Within the initial limit.
- Rated temp.: +85 , 1000 h, rated voltage applied.

Prohibited circuits: High impedance voltage retention circuits, Coupling circuit, Time constant circuits, Circuits greatly affected by leakage current, Circuits with two or more POSCAPs connected in series to raise endurance voltage.

Failure Modes: Contingency failure (short circuit) and Wear-out failure (open circuit).
Storage Conditions: Sealing in reel and moisture proof bag at room temperature and room humidity (15 to 35 C, 45 to 75% RH), away from direct sunshine. Use within 18 months after shipment from factory. Unseal moisture proof bag just before mounting.
Floor life Conditions: 30 / 60 %RH: 4 weeks (Level 2a), 168 hours (Level 3), 48 hours (Level 5).
