Durability:
- At +105 C: Apply rated voltage for 1000 hours (or 2000 hours for specific models). Capacitance change within 20% of initial value, tan not greater than 150% of initial standard value, leakage current not greater than initial standard value.
- At +60 C, 90-95% RH: Apply rated voltage for 500 hours. Capacitance change within +50%, -20% of initial value (or +40%, -20% for other models), tan not greater than 150% of initial standard value, leakage current not greater than 300% of initial standard value.
