Product Overview
The SVPE series of conductive polymer aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors offers ultra-low ESR (8 m to 18 m) and high capacitance (up to 1200 F). These surface-mount capacitors are designed for demanding applications and comply with RoHS directives and halogen-free requirements. They are suitable for operating temperatures from -55 C to +105 C and are available in a range of DC voltages from 2 V.DC to 16 V.DC. Key features include excellent durability and high-temperature, high-humidity resistance.

General Specifications:

- Capacitance Tolerance: 20% (120 Hz / +20 C)
- Durability: After 2000 hours at rated voltage +105 C, capacitance change within 20% of initial value, tan not greater than 150% of initial standard value, leakage current below initial standard value.
- High Temperature High Humidity (Constant): After 1000 hours at +60 C, 90% ~ 95% RH with rated voltage applied, capacitance change within 20% of initial value, tan not greater than 150% of initial standard value, leakage current below initial standard value after voltage treatment.
