Product Overview
The onsemi CM1430 is a family of pi-style EMI filter arrays with integrated ESD protection, designed for filtering and protecting data lines in portable electronics. These devices feature four, six, or eight C-R-C filter channels, each providing 15kV ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 (contact discharge) and 30kV per HBM. With component values of 8.5pF-100-8.5pF per channel, they offer greater than 20dB attenuation at 1 GHz and are suitable for data rates up to 80Mbps. The CM1430 is available in compact TDFN packages with a 0.40mm lead pitch, offering significant board space savings. Its robust ESD protection makes it ideal for LCD and camera data lines, I/O ports, and data ports in mobile handsets, notebooks, and PDAs.
