Durability:

  • After applying rated voltage at +105C for 5000 hours: Capacitance change within 20% of initial value, tan not greater than 150% of initial standard value, Leakage current below initial standard value.
  • After applying rated voltage at +60C, 90%~95% RH for 1000 hours: Capacitance change within 20% of initial value, tan not greater than 150% of initial standard value, Leakage current below initial standard value after voltage treatment.
