Product Overview

The CM1425 is a 4-channel EMI filter array with integrated ESD protection, featuring 4 pi filters (C-R-C) with component values of 20 pF - 100 - 20 pF. It provides a high level of protection for sensitive electronic components against electrostatic discharge (ESD), safely dissipating strikes up to 15 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and 30 kV per MIL-STD-883 (HBM). Its small, low-profile chip-scale package and convenient pin assignments make it ideal for portable electronics such as mobile handsets, PDAs, and notebook computers, particularly for filtering and protecting data lines from ESD in wireless handsets. The CM1425 is available with optional OptiGuard coating for enhanced reliability and standard lead-free finishing. It is pin compatible with the CSPRC032A.
