Product Overview

The ON Semiconductor CM1405 is an EMI filter array with integrated ESD protection, featuring eight Pi-filters (C-R-C) with component values of 25 pF - 100 - 25 pF. Each pin is equipped with avalanche-type ESD diodes, providing robust protection against electrostatic discharge up to 30 kV (IEC61000-4-2 Level 4, Contact Discharge and MIL-STD-883 Human Body Model). This device is particularly suited for portable electronics, offering excellent EMI filtering and ESD protection for LCD data lines in mobile handsets, wireless handsets, cell phones, notebook computers, and PDAs. The CM1405-03 variant includes OptiGuard coating for enhanced assembly reliability and is available in a space-saving, low-profile Chip Scale Package (CSP) with RoHS-compliant, lead-free finishing.
