Product Overview

The onsemi CM1460 is a family of pi-style EMI filter arrays with integrated ESD protection, designed for space-constrained applications. These devices offer four, six, or eight C-L-C filter channels within compact WDFN packages. Each channel functions as a 3-pole L-C filter (15 pF - 17 nH - 15 pF) with a -6 dB attenuation roll-off frequency of 350 MHz, supporting data rates up to 140 Mbps and providing over 30 dB attenuation from 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz. The CM1460 features ESD diodes on every pin, offering 15 kV protection (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4) and 30 kV (HBM), safeguarding sensitive components. Its small form factor and easy pin assignments make it ideal for wireless handsets, mobile LCD modules, PDAs, and specifically for EMI filtering and protection of LCD display and camera interface lines in mobile handsets.
