Product Overview
The CM1624 is an advanced EMI filter and line termination device with integrated TVS diodes, specifically designed for Multimedia Card interfaces like T-Flash and MicroSD. Utilizing solid-state silicon avalanche technology, it offers superior clamping performance and DC electrical characteristics, making it ideal for protecting interfaces in cellular phones and other portable electronics. This device integrates series impedance matching resistors and pull-up resistors as required by SD specifications, along with TVS diodes on each line for ESD protection and an additional TVS diode for Vcc bus protection. It provides 40 termination resistors and 25 k pull-up resistors on key data, command, and clock lines, configurable for SD or SPI modes. The integrated TVS diodes effectively suppress ESD voltages exceeding 15 kV contact discharge per IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4.
