Product Overview

The CM1406 is a versatile EMI filter array designed with integrated ESD protection. It offers either four or eight pi filters (C-R-C) per device, each featuring component values of 15 pF - 200 - 15 pF. The array provides a high level of protection for sensitive electronic components against electrostatic discharge (ESD), with diodes on every pin capable of dissipating ESD strikes of 15 kV contact discharge (IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4) and greater than 30 kV (Human Body Model). Its compact package and user-friendly pin assignments make it ideal for portable electronics such as mobile handsets, PDAs, and notebook computers, particularly for EMI filtering and ESD protection of data lines in wireless handsets. The CM1406 is available in space-saving, low-profile 8-lead and 16-lead WDFN packages and is fabricated using the Centurion process with lead-free finishing.
