onsemi CM1409: LCD and Camera EMI Filter Array with ESD Protection
The onsemi CM1409 is a family of pi-style EMI filter arrays designed for integrated EMI filtering and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in a compact WDFN package. These devices offer a high level of protection for sensitive electronic components, safely dissipating ESD strikes up to 15 kV (IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4) and exceeding 30 kV (HBM). The CM1409 integrates six or eight C-R-C filter channels, each with component values of 15 pF - 100 - 15 pF, providing a cut-off frequency of 110 MHz suitable for data rates up to 44 Mbps. Its small form factor and easy-to-use pin assignments make it ideal for portable electronics such as wireless handsets, PDAs, and notebook computers, particularly for protecting I/O data ports, LCD displays, and camera interfaces.
