Product Overview
The EMI814x is a family of Common Mode Filters (CMF) with integrated ESD protection, offering a combined solution for differential signaling I/Os. This series provides both common mode filtering and robust ESD protection in a single package, safeguarding systems against ESD pulses up to 15 kV contact per IEC6100042. It is ideal for high-speed differential ports such as USB 3.0 and MIPI D-PHY, as well as in removable storage and other applications requiring compact ESD protection. The EMI814x is available in RoHS-compliant XDFN packages: XDFN6 for 1 Differential Pair, XDFN10 for 2 Differential Pairs, and XDFN16 for 3 Differential Pairs.
