Product Overview
The CM1402 is an EMI filter array with integrated ESD protection, designed to protect sensitive electronic components. It features three pi filters (C-R-C) with component values of 20 pF - 47 - 20 pF and 20 pF - 100 - 20 pF, alongside two additional channels of ESD protection. The device incorporates avalanche-type ESD diodes on every pin, capable of dissipating ESD strikes of 10 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and 25 kV per MIL-STD-883 (Human Body Model). Its small package and easy pin assignments make it ideal for portable electronics, particularly for SIM card slots in mobile handsets, providing EMI filtering and ESD protection for data lines. The CM1402 also features OptiGuard coating for improved assembly reliability and is available in a space-saving Chip Scale Package (CSP).
