The EMI813x family is a series of Common Mode Filters (CMF) with integrated ESD protection, offering a unique solution for differential signaling I/Os. These devices provide both common mode filtering and ESD protection in a compact package, safeguarding against ESD pulses up to 15 kV contact per IEC610004 standard. They are ideal for high-speed differential ports like MIPI DPHY, removable storage interfaces, and other applications requiring robust ESD protection in a small footprint. Available in RoHS-compliant XDFN packages.
