Product Overview

The CM1460 is a family of pi-style EMI filter arrays with integrated ESD protection, designed for compact applications. These filters incorporate four, six, or eight C-L-C filter channels within small WDFN packages. Each channel features a 3-pole L-C filter with component values of 15 pF - 17 nH - 15 pF, offering a -6 dB attenuation roll-off frequency of 350 MHz. The CM1460 supports data rates up to 140 Mbps and provides over 30 dB attenuation in the 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz range. Integrated ESD diodes on every pin offer robust protection, capable of dissipating 15 kV ESD strikes (IEC 61000-4-2) and 30 kV (HBM). This device is particularly suited for wireless handsets, mobile LCD modules, PDAs, and is ideal for EMI filtering and protecting data and control lines for LCD displays and camera interfaces in mobile handsets.
