Product Overview
The CM1620 is an LCD and Camera EMI Filter Array with integrated ESD protection, designed to provide six or eight channels of EMI filtering. It utilizes Pi-style EMI filters in a capacitor-resistor-capacitor (C-R-C) network, offering robust protection against electrostatic discharge with 15kV ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 (contact discharge) and 30kV ESD protection per HBM. This device delivers greater than -25dB attenuation at 1GHz, making it ideal for protecting LCD and camera data lines in mobile handsets, as well as I/O ports and data ports in various mobile devices, notebook computers, and wireless handsets.
