The UUD series aluminum electrolytic capacitors are designed for surface mounting on high-density PC boards, offering low impedance and suitability for automatic mounting machines fed with carrier tape. These capacitors are compliant with the RoHS directive (2011/65/EU, (EU)2015/863) and AEC-Q200 standards. They are engineered for applications requiring reliable performance up to +105C.

Shelf Life After storing the capacitors under no load at 105C for 1000 hours and then performing voltage treatment based on JIS C 5101-4 clause 4.1 at 20C, they shall meet the specified values for the endurance characteristics.
Resistance to soldering heat The capacitors are kept on a hot plate for 30 seconds, which is maintained at 250C. They shall meet the characteristic requirements when removed and restored to 20C.
