Product Overview
The IP4251/52/53/54-TTL are 4-, 6-, and 8-channel RC low-pass filter arrays designed for filtering undesired RF signals on I/O ports of portable communication and computing devices. They integrate diodes for ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection up to 30 kV. Fabricated using monolithic silicon technology, these devices feature up to eight resistors and sixteen diodes within ultra-thin leadless Quad Flat No-leads (QFN) plastic packages with a 0.4 mm pitch and a height of 0.55 mm. They are suitable for general-purpose EMI/RFI filtering and downstream ESD protection in cellular phones, cordless telephones, wireless data systems, Mobile Internet Devices (MID), and Portable Media Players (PMP).
