Product Overview
The IP4251/52/53/54-TTL are 4-, 6-, and 8-channel RC low-pass filter arrays designed to filter undesired RF signals on I/O ports of portable communication and computing devices. They integrate diodes for ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection up to 30 kV. Fabricated using monolithic silicon technology, these devices feature up to eight resistors and sixteen diodes within an ultra-thin leadless Quad Flat No-leads (QFN) plastic package with a 0.4 mm pitch and a height of 0.55 mm. Key benefits include integrated -type RC filter networks, superior ESD protection exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 level 4, and compact packaging suitable for various mobile applications.
