Product Overview
The IP4251/52/53/54-TTL devices are 4-, 6-, and 8-channel RC low-pass filter arrays designed for filtering undesired RF signals on I/O ports of portable communication and computing devices. They offer integrated diodes for ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection up to 30 kV. Fabricated using monolithic silicon technology, these devices integrate resistors and diodes within ultra-thin leadless Quad Flat No-leads (QFN) plastic packages. Key benefits include RoHS compliance and halogen/antimony-free construction. Applications include EMI/RFI filtering and ESD protection for mobile handsets, cordless telephones, wireless data systems, Mobile Internet Devices (MID), and Portable Media Players (PMP).
