PCMFxUSB3B/C Series Common-Mode EMI Filter
Product Description: The PCMFxUSB3B/C series are common-mode EMI filters with integrated bidirectional ESD protection for one, two, and three differential channels. They are designed to attenuate unwanted common-mode signals while providing low insertion loss for high-speed differential signals. Each channel features integrated coils for signal coupling and diodes for ESD protection up to 20 kV contact discharge on each signal line, safeguarding downstream components. These filters offer superior common-mode suppression, excellent RF performance compared to discrete solutions, and high symmetry between line pairs. They are available in industry-standard Wafer-Level Chip-Scale Packages (WLCSP) for a smaller footprint.
Applications: Smartphones, cellular and cordless phones, USB 3.2, USB 2.0, HDMI 2.0, HDMI 1.4, general-purpose downstream ESD protection for differential data lines, Tablet PCs and Mobile Internet Devices (MIDs), MIPI M-PHY and D-PHY (used in Camera Serial Interface (CSI) and Display Serial Interface (DSI)).
