Resistance to Soldering Heat Solder temperature 2605, immersion time 100.5Sec. Height of tin surface from product seating plane: 1.27mm. Appearance: No visible damage.

Endurance Test Apply 425 Vrms (Y2) or 680Vrms (Y1) at 50/60Hz continuously for 1000 hours at 853 or 402. Voltage increased to 1000VAC for 0.1s every hour. Appearance: No visible damage.

Charge/Discharge Test (I) Charge 1s, discharge 5s, cycle 50 times. Then apply 10x rated voltage for withstand voltage test (1min). Insulation Resistance: 1000M min.

Charge/Discharge Test (II) Wrap capacitor with gauze. Each capacitor undergoes 4 discharge tests from energy storage capacitor. Discharge voltage across capacitor: 5KV. Discharge interval: 5s. After 4th discharge, apply 240Vrms (50/60Hz) for 30s. Gauze does not scorch or ignite.
Flammability Test Each sample contacts flame for 15s, then removed for 15s. Repeat 5 times.
