Soldering Conditions

- Solder paste thickness: best 0.08mm, max 0.1mm
Hand Soldering
- Use a 20 watt soldering iron with tip diameter of 1.0mm
- Limit soldering time to 3 sec.
Appearance Defect Judging Standard
- Copper wire exposed: Area of copper wire exposed in magnetic shield area less than 0.06 square millimeter is OK.
