  • Storage Temperature: -10 ~ +40, R.H.: 60% Max.
  • Recommended Usage: Within 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Part Temperature Limit: The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 85 C under worst-case operating conditions. Verification in the end application is recommended.

5. Soldering Conditions

  • Re-flow Soldering (Lead Free): Preheat to 150, tip temperature max 260. Reflow times: no more than 2. Solder paste thickness: best 0.08mm, max 0.1mm.
  • Hand Soldering: Use a 20 watt soldering iron with a 1.0mm tip diameter. Limit soldering time to 3 sec.

6. Appearance Defect Judging Standard

  • Copper wire exposed in magnetic shield area: Less than 0.06 square millimeter is acceptable.
