4. General Specification

  • Operating Temperature: -40 ~ +85 (Including self-generated heat)
  • Storage Temperature: -10 ~ +40 R.H.: 60% Max.
  • Recommended Usage: Products should be used within 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Temperature Considerations: The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 85 C under worst-case operating conditions. Circuit design, component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.

5. Soldering Conditions

Re-flow Soldering (Lead Free):

  • Preheat circuit and products to 150.
  • 260 tip temperature (Max).
  • Reflow times: no more than 2 times.
  • Solder paste thickness: optimal 0.08mm, maximum 0.1mm.

Hand Soldering:

  • Use a 20 watt soldering iron with a tip diameter of 1.0mm.
  • Limit soldering time to 3 sec.
