  • Storage Temperature: -10 to +40 (R.H.: 60% Max).
  • Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL): 1
  • Recommended Usage: Products should be used within 12 months from the date of delivery.
  • Part Temperature Limit: The part temperature (ambient + temp rise) should not exceed 125 C under worst-case operating conditions. Circuit design, component placement, PWB trace size and thickness, airflow, and other cooling provisions all affect the part temperature. Part temperature should be verified in the end application.

Soldering Conditions:

Re-flow Soldering (Lead Free):

  • Preheat circuit and products to 150.
  • Maximum tip temperature: 260.
  • Reflow times: No more than 2 times.
  • Solder paste thickness: Best is 0.08mm, maximum is 0.1mm.

Hand Soldering:

  • Use a 20-watt soldering iron with a tip diameter of 1.0mm.
  • Limit soldering time to 3 seconds.
